Yeah, her hair never looks out of place but I personally think she should lay off the botox for a while.

Perhaps a good lawyer could make a lot of money from the so-called mutual agreement employment contract. Items such as the 50-mile clause seem grossly unreasonable, unnecessary, and in violation of public policy.

Were I a Scottsdale litigation attorney with a thick-skinned son or daughter who had been misbehaving but was willing to do a little semi-undercover work to get back in the family's good graces.... with a nice donation from the lawsuit proceeds to go into the kid's college fund....

That would assume though that these two nuts have money to take. I bet they're getting close to the bottom of his piggy bank.

Wage & hour cases are pretty easy to win, but they take forever.. by the time you got a judgement, he might be deported & she will likely be back in prison.. there's a point where someone that out-of-touch with reality just implodes..

Agreed, and don't forget the attorney fees that add up during the elapsed time. The number of billable hours keep rolling during that time span. In most cases, it's not worth any judgement or settlement. Most people who threaten to sue have no clue. Getting an attorney involved is the last thing you want.

I sure hope that the IRS and DOL have at least started to take action against these nutjobs for stealing their employees' tips by now. It's a shame to see that they're still in business. How deep are Samy's pockets anyway? Last year they were saying he could be deported, but I guess nothing more has happened on that front either.

They are still in business because people still go there. They want the thrill of being able to talk about it at cocktail parties.

Vote with your dollars and don't add to their revenue. That will put them out of business.
