so, i took a drive up from Tucson into queen creek the back way to Rittenhouse rd via N Gary, came up through coolidge, etc. in the San Tan Valley area there was a water tank labeled "Anthem" on it. the Anthem i know is N of phx on the 17. so what is this "Anthem" in San Tan Valley?

There is also an "Anthem" development (same developer) north of Florence.

Anthem is a brand name of Del Webb/Pulte. There are Anthem developments all over the country. The one you are speaking of is called Anthem at Merrill Ranch and is in Florence. It contains both a family section and an active adult section.
