Hey all,

I'm looking for a landscaper to do the occasional upkeep at the house I just moved into. The guy that was recommended to us seems kind of pricey to me, based on what needs to be done. Does anyone here have someone who does good work and is reasonably priced? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks much in advance!!

While I fired them for issues with the owner I will say that CWC Lanscaping's crew did good work and the price was fair. You won't get ripped off by them and they did great work for the amount they charged me. I can safely recommend them as the crew that does the work is sincere in wanting to do good and please the customer and I used them for three years. I had them do some extra stuff, outside of regular monthly maintenance, and that is where I ran into trouble with the owners which shouldn't be a problem if you just use them for maintenance landscaping.

I will be interested to hear any recommendations by others as I'm looking for someone good now that I don't have CWC.

Great, thank you. Can I ask approximately what they charge for typical maintenance on a fairly small yard?

Well I found a guy in Avondale who was working on a neighbor's yard. Gave me a great quote to clean up my front yard, trim trees and keep my HOA friendly. Gave me his number and unfortunately nobody that answers his phone speaks English. Tried in my best college Spanish to talk to someone and eventually gave up. So now I'm always looking out my window when I hear a leaf blower firing up and hoping that it's my neighbor's landscaper.
