Right.

This site tells you almost everything you'll need to know:GreatSchools - Public and Private School Ratings, Reviews and Parent Community

When I was looking to buy I know only checked the schools but called the school district to confirm.

If you buy a property in an HOA - research, research, research. You can not be too careful.

I don't know much about HOA's because we have never lived in one, what exactly do I need to research?

Thanks again for all the advice
The HOA conversation has been covered numerous times on this forum.

Over the years and from coast to coast, SunShineGirl . . . my personal experiences in Home Buying has been roughly the same. Some Real Estate Agents are very knowledgable or are very willing to research an answer if the question is beyond their scope while others are similar to Used Car Salesmen . . . Smoke, Mirrors and Lots of BS.

It's one thing not knowing all the answers, however, ignoring your questions is not acceptable.

If you feel your agent is less than knowledgeable and/or not willing to research an answer, as others have already posted . . . TIME FOR A NEW AGENT.
