It came out last week that ground had been broken in Reno in June, and concrete is being poured.
That news notwithstanding, and it has been confirmed, Elon Musk said Thursday that the final decision has not been made, and won't be made for a couple of months.
He has said all along that they might break ground in several places in order to expedite construction at whatever location is finally selected, but still...

Yes... but he has also stated a need for multiple locations. Elon is doing good things.
