That says it's going to be 81 there tomorrow...

Phoenix will be a whopping 9 degrees warmer.

Yes. I lived in the southeast valley for the first half of my az time (3 years) And northeast part the last 3 and YES it is cooler and when its hot anything helps. Cave creek was actually refreshing at times.
