I think that Phoenix would be the last place islamic radical terrorists will attack because we have so many citizens who carry firearms, thanks to AZ gun laws. I feel safe knowing there are thousands of my fellow AZ citizens close by with guns to stop an islamic terrorist attack.

And the other person in that crowd who had a gun came that close to shooting the wrong man.

I don't understand this schizophrenic grasp on reality people like that have. Psychologically, the best I can think of is that their lives are really that empty and sad, and that they have some hero fantasy when in reality, they have no idea how they'll react in a situation like that. The OP is obviously writing this in direct response to the Orlando shooting, despite the fact that Florida, like Arizona, has lax gun laws.

I tend to agree that Phoenix isn't likely to be targeted by terrorists, but not because of the state's gun laws.....I just don't see that we have anything here that would be a major target. (closest might be the airport)

We're no different than Orlando. We have places where large amounts of people gather. This type of stuff can happen anywhere.

Not voting on this. There's no way for us to know, plus guessing either way is creepy.

This is an example of taking a tragedy and using it for self serving purposes by the OP. FL as gun friendly as AZ. Spent plenty of time there to know.
