Who are you all using for your home and car insurance? I'm finding a wide variety of prices - even when trying to keep coverages the same. So many dictate I have outbuilding coverage on my home policy when I don't even have any outbuildings!

Trying to find the best value. Any recommendations appreciated. I've been with AAA for over 10 years, but am finding out that AAA California / Arizona consists of nothing but incompetent people. They have managed to screw up my car insurance, home insurance, and now my membership too! Time to leave.

Im going with Farmers from home & auto in AZ (decent rates)...

I use Wawanesa in CA - by far the best rates out of any (Way less), they won't insure high risk drivers though (not at competitiverates anyway)... but AZ DMV doesn't recognize 'em unfortunately.

Farmers is more (by several hundred) than my Wawanesa policy even when combining with home - but they are less than All State and AAA... It's been over 20 years since I've used Farmers - so I don't know how well they handle claims (hopefully I don't find out).

Thanks! I checked with Farmers and it looks like they have the best rate of anyone.... including AAA.

I had AAA in CA for my car and it was 850. I came out to Phoenix in 2014 and the AAA for this region wanted 2200 for the same exact thing. Completely out of their mind. I went online to Geico and it was 660. Done deal.

I have been very happy with Travelers. I switched after State Farm kept raising my HOI $100 every year with no claims.

My HOI got cut in half with better coverage and the service has been better.
