Since apparently you're a mod, edit it out. I'm in no way associated with that property and was just trying to show the OP an example.

Furthermore, it's not a realtor (sic) site. It shows any properties on the MLS, regardless of Realtor.

I'm not a mod?! and redfin is totally a realtor site - like my site is a realtor site - my site shows all other realtor listings also - but I'd get slapped silly if I attempt to post it here so just trying to keep a fair level playing field ;D

It's not promoting any particular 'R'ealtor, just showing the OP an example property. Give it a rest. If you want to advertise, there are plenty of options outside of this site.

I realize that Redfin offers a similar search tool to neutral sites and it may not be obvious, but they actually are a brokerage that takes a commission.

Only if you list with them or have them represent you. You would know full well that you are doing business with them before doing so. Their search function shows the entire MLS, not just their listings (which would be very limited).

Contenix, good to hear a fellow New Yorker is getting out the concrete jungle. I work in book publishing. Have you found a place Scottsdale?

Same!

I'm in writing/marketing/advertising. I'm looking for a job first before I move. I'm thinking that even if it's a temp gig (3-6 months) I can relocate and find a short-term rental first.

I was there in October and really liked Northern Scottsdale by Kierland Commons and even more north. Hopefully in the next few months!!
