You do realize that there is no problem that you "have" to go to a dealer for right? Pretty much any certified shop can do any warranty or other work as long as you pick a shop that has all the equipment to do the required work, not all do. Now there's many that "won't" but that's a different issue.

It has been years but I was very impressed with Courtesy Chevrolet.

My car wouldn't move out of my underground garage spot. I called them as they were closest to my work. It was later in the day and the service tech tried to help me troubleshoot.

I had no cell service at my car.

So I would take notes, go to my car, try an item, make notes and go back up to the plaza level and give a call.

He narrowed it down to what eventually ended up being the issue. Helped with the tow and have advice on how to save on the tow.

The fix was fast and they were communicative and fairly priced.

Only slight hiccup is the layout and then being busy added some time/confusion to paying and getting my car back. Minor in the grand scheme.

Overall I was very impressed
