I was just told last Tuesday that my office is closing. I have been with the company for 19 years. I am one of the lucky ones that has been offered to transfer.I have to give the company my answer on Monday if i want to go or not. My problem is what to do with the house that i cant sell for what i owe. Does anyone have any sugestions? I am so confused.
Thanks in advance

I know this must be a stressful time for you...my sister was laid off last week by the state (she'd been there 18 years!)...Perhaps you should consider finding some tenants to rent your house.

Maybe you should spend some time talking to property managers and find out what the rental market is like now. There are some people on this forum who have had good experiences with the companies they use, so do a search and you will probably find some helpful info.

Can you refinance it with the new housing bill that they are passing and then get some tenants.
