Is there a phone # or sales office to talk to someone. We sent an email, but would like to speak in person to ask our questions. Someone mentioned a sales rep said there are many empty homes. Who would be contact to find out about them?
Virtually all homes in subdivisions in AZ have block walls around the entire perimeter of the back yard, so dogs run free in that space. All the HOAs I have lived in had a three dog limit. RV storage places are everywhere. They run from about 50-150 a month depending on how big/covered. If you are looking for something larger there are zillions of properties out in Rainbow Valley area (s of I10 from about Tuthill going west. Choices vary from nice, almost mansion like to total dump 60s era single wides. There are one acre homes in Goodyear that are pretty upscale in the general area of Sarival and Van Buren including irrigated lots. Also, some nice ones on Rainbow Valley Road south of Elliott in Goodyear.

Check out this subdivision http:///www.meritagehomes.com/search.../sedella/3044/. It's in Goodyear. Here's the phone number 877.275.6374.

They have RV garages. I believe construction quality is pretty good-they use foam insulation which is much better than the fiberglass stuff. The only problem I see is that the smallest house is 3000 sq ft. That is too big for me, but maybe is great for you!

I doubt very much they have a limit on number of dogs you can have.
