hi, i think you might be interested in my place. It's basically on the border of Tempe/Scottsdale and I think it's the perfect location. It has everything you are looking for.

La Privada is good, as I said. Also, there is another apartment complex there (name escapes me but nearby). A friend of mine pays only $800 for a huge 1 BR with two patios on 2nd floor. Very nice, very safe. I would look anywhere off Via Linda.

It's very kind of you to respond, but the last post in this thread was in April 2009...

That may be true, but there are always people who are interested in this type of information. I don't always like thread bumps but I don't see the harm in some of them. Newbies usually catch on, sometimes it takes a few weeks depending on how much time is spent here.

Why, thanks, pathrunner. I could not agree more!

Of course, I didn't realize the age of the thread, but Kimbalette issue person did!

There's no harm, they just clutter up the forum. In this case, the o/p is providing the same information they already provided in another current, active thread, so this isn't really providing anything fresh to the discussion, particularly in a dormant thread. Just a personal preference. I don't think it's important in the way that, say, world peace, is.

yes I did notice that the poster posted in two separate threads, not realizing that most readers look at most or all threads and they didn't need to be duplicitous. That's another thing newbies learn!

I suppose some newbies can have really long learning curves.
