And I presume by that you're well familiar with America's very, very, very long list of foreign national regulations, from the Visa Waiver Program and NAFTA allowances to a couple dozen types of visas and length of stay renewals (and everything in between)? Of course you aren't, you're on that xenophobic bandwagon and jump to conclusions and judge everyone but yourself.

What difference would Trump really make? If conservatives disagree with a law, they actually get pretty creative in finding loopholes to make it practically illegal, such as the well documented abortion restrictions, or the in-development same-sex marriage backlash. And when it comes to the Constitution, conservatives treat it like the Bible: pick and choose which rules you want to follow and forget the rest!

Glendale has been directly pushing the Tohono O'odham Nation to not open that casino (violation of Article I, Section 8)

Demand Obama not appoint Scalia's replacement and wait for his successor (his obligation under Article II, Section 2)

Ted Cruz is eligible to run for and become president, though born in Canada... if they interpret the words their way (expressly forbidden under Article II, Section 1)

And as stated, do whatever the hell they want despite what the Supreme Court decides (violates Article III, Section 2)

Still, by your logic... what does that mean for the legal citizens I mentioned? I loathe strawman arguments, and I'm asking what should be done for US-born people who violated multiple crimes and caused an accident that now cost this person I know a car that she has to pay for. I know those people aren't such a great evil as being illegally in a foreign country (which I've done for a few weeks while waiting for visa clearance and that oh-so-speedy bureaucracy when I was living abroad), but still, how does that help this person recover from a new car expense?

If the city had adequate lane balancing, there would be no need for reversible lanes. I still can't fully grasp the concept of why nearly all arterials in Phoenix are two lanes on one side and three on the other. The reasoning that I heard is that traffic volumes heading away from downtown are heavier in the afternoon than in the morning. It makes no sense. Those same people who commute to work in the morning are going home in the evening. Why, then, are the sides of the streets heading into downtown two lanes, while the sides heading away from downtown three lanes? It's like this all over the city, as far north as Union Hills and as far west as 83rd Avenue. If there were an even number of lanes on both sides of the streets, reversible lanes would not be needed.
