They stink all the time. Most don't want to be near a smoker.

LOL. There was an HGTV show where a couple from Boston/New Hampshire moved to Phoenix.

Sometimes its better to be alone trust me. People suck and that is the way the world goes round.

The comment about the cig smokers, i agree. Pipe smokers and electric cig smokers i disagree.

Absolutely! BenchWarmer, you could sue the management for allowing a release to happen without your consent!

Oh good, then ignore my previous post to you. You could sue her on one of those T.V. court shows and embarrass the heck out of her on national television, if you really feel vengeful.

LOL! Please don't "pigeonhole" all us females! I believe the best way to forget a problem is to find a new one. Even if you meet someone that's not "perfect" you can still have fun.

Sounds like she was plotting and planning this move. Too bad you didn't know before you signed the lease.

That is SO female. His biggest mistake was falling for a woman who would stick him with a lease two months after she signed on. You should not be giving advice to men as you, like all women, don't have a clue. Stick to your sisters, sister.

Anyway, the post you quoted hardly encourages him to become a "transitional" male. Contrary to what the vocal critics on the forum will say, there are tons and tons of things to do around here and groups to do them with. Social interaction is enjoyable in itself and a useful way of meeting someone that is not "transitional". The post you ridicule was simply suggesting a couple of them.
Oh I have a clue alright. I do know you would never agree with me on anything, and you always make sure to dispute most anything I post. I was clued in quite a while back.

Good advice, ITChick . . . revenge always feels good.
