Hi Elkhunter, No it is not a clay roof. This is indoors.
Along highway 101 about 40 miles north of where I live, the Elk just roam along the side of the highway. It is about 20 miles south of Prairie Creek Redwoods where Nell Hamm beat a cougar off of her husband last year. The elk hang out at Stone Lagoon at the old school house.
