I don't know whether to blame the Steelers fans or the packers fans but someone is bringing winter with them to D/FW... It was sunny and 75 yesterday and is sunny and in the 60's this morning but... that is about to change! From the National Weather Service:

Tuesday: Rain, freezing rain, and sleet before noon, then a chance of snow. Temperature rising to near 35 by 9am, then falling to around 27 during the remainder of the day. Windy, with a north northwest wind between 25 and 30 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.

Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 18. Windy, with a north northwest wind between 25 and 30 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph.

Wednesday: Partly sunny and cold, with a high near 26. Windy, with a north northwest wind between 20 and 25 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 17. North northwest wind between 10 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 32. North northwest wind around 10 mph.

Nothing more like the Steelers and the Packers than playing the Superbowl in an ice storm!

If it is one or the other but not both--then definitely the Packers. Most people in Pittsburgh don't have a clue what a real (Upper Midwest) winter looks like.

A forecast like this really isn't a big deal up here and it's even less of one in Green Bay.

At least the game is in a very nice & new stadium with a retractable roof. Previous super bowls have been in freezing minn (dome) so its nothing new. Outdoor activities will be literally non existance. SB games should be played only in warm winter climates like so.ca, az & fl.

This weekend its suppose to be sunny & 75 degrees here. San diego will be about 70 & L.A. area (pasadena rose bowl) about 75. Great late winter weather.

Dallas/ft.worth is a toilet during the summer with very hot/humid & dry weather.

GO STEELERS !!
