If Pittsburgh is "IN" does that mean the secrets "OUT"? judging from all of the Out of state plates I'm seeing while home this holiday week...

All those out-of-state license plates could be people who have moved away coming back to visit family. It's hard to tell.

I can understand the NY, NJ, OH, MD, FL, ON and even IL...but seeing CA, OR, WA, TX,... All that driving just for a few days visit....and the Out of state plates are way too common place and this is with PITT and CMU being out for Christmas Break.

I imagine a lot of those could be rental cars too, I have rented cars locally with plates ranging from Rhode Island to California. Thing is the rental cars are new so if it is a 98 minivan chances are that they are legitimately from the West Coast

If it's a vehicle from the last year and a half I would almost guarantee it's a rental.

No, but Foster The People is now. ("Pumped Up Kicks" actually reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this year.)

As far as I know, no. They mainly get played on WYEP and college radio stations.
