The funny thing is there's nothing snobby about being able to differentiate between the restaurants. The idea isn't that one is "worse" than another, just that they are different.

Make it at least four and possibly five:

- Chicken Latino in the Strip
- I'm not sure if the original AJ's location in Oakland is closing in order to open the Downtown shop... but if it's not, there's another one (on Fifth Ave).

Of course in general, businesses move in to and out of business districts all the time for a variety of reasons--we've certainly had plenty of turnover in Regent Square. In fact, I might note that space in Regent Square had been vacant for quite a while (to listen to some folks, any currently vacant storefront is destined to never be filled).
