He will be the one who breaks the trend on Governors being elected to a second term in PA.

People who live in Shaler Township, Gov. Corbett's hometown, must feel so humiliated to have his name plastered all over their "Welcome" signs right now.

This man is a total embarrassment to the state of Pennsylvania. Hell, he makes me embarrassed to say I'm from Pennsylvania. It's a shame that in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, social issues such as same-sex marriage are complete non-issues, yet at the state level, Corbett probably also thinks African Americans still have special water fountains. He's an out of touch, joke of a human being who shouldn't be leading a diverse population in an entire state.

On the flip side--we should be proud to be from Pittsburgh. The government of Pittsburgh has done everything in their power on a local level to ensure equality for all citizens. The city has a domestic partner registry, the city just passed a law that any contract awarded over 250K must be to a contractor who provides benefits to same-sex couples, the city always makes Pride a large, well-accepted event. Heck, Sharon Needles did a performance on the City-Council steps and has her own day in the city of Pittsburgh after she won RuPaul's Drag Race! The city has flown the rainbow flag. When DOMA was repealed, Liberty Avenue was shut down for a celebration. Peduto, Ravenstahl, and Fitzgerald all support full equality. Nearly all major employers in the city sponsor Pride and have long offered benefits to same-sex couples, etc.

Sure, I trailed off a bit there, but my point is, all that and more definitely makes me proud to say I live in the city of Pittsburgh...now if we could get a governor that wasn't going to implode our education system and one that actually worked for all citizens, we'd be doing great on a state level too.

I agree with everybody. He is such an embarrassment to PA. He will break the trend by not being elected for the second term.
He probably knows this too. Personally, me think he is one of those delusional people who believe whatever alternate reality that their minds want to believe.

At times I wonder if Paula Deen is actually his sister.

I'm speechless, absolutely speechless. For the governor of the nation's sixth-largest state to say someting like this is reprehensible. Has he been living under a rock his whole life?

Mr. Foot in Mouth. I just hope people don't think that he is representative of a majority of Pennsylvanians.

I still can't get over the fact that a huge part of Onorato's downfall was losing Allegheny County, solely because people were still holding petty grudges about the stupid drink tax.
