Has anyone ever been to Bell's? I heard it had a lot of different kinds of meats.

Haven't been there in a while, but they did have some good subs.

If You Build It, Will They Come? - Eater

"I don't think one restaurant can save a town," Sousa said. "But I think that it can be the start of something that can help a town save itself."

he doesn't think - that could be a problem

At least he does something more than getting on the internet to defame communities trying to improve themselves. I can say that for him.

But he does think. Perhaps you meant to not paste that part.

Interesting article in today's PG about the Superior Motors project and personal and professional info about Kevin Sousa. Kevin Sousa, a visionary chef with fiscal issues on his plate | Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

I think it's awesome that he's taking his talent and doing a venture in Braddock that has a social entrepreneurship aspect that benefits the community. As is the case with some very talented people, they know their craft very well but not the business aspects needed to ensure financial vitality for their business. I hope he has someone helping him learn the financial management aspects of running a business, especially one that needs to generate enough profit to cover the nonprofit-training-community benefit aspects that he's incorporated. I hope this works for all involved. It could be a great model.

I wish him all the success with the venture but if you are a supporter of this you can't b*tch about corporate welfare anymore with other companies.
