Gosh I hope that's all I have to do! I am a good driver, but don't know that area too well.

I've taken my test there twice (failed the first time for hitting the curb during parallel parking). The second time I was taken through a short route out the parking lot, made a right, made another right down a cul-de-sac, and back. It was five minutes at most, so you'll be fine

Make sure you adjust your right mirror once you're stopped and about to park. If you move the mirror down as far as it can go so you can see the curb, it's pretty hard to hit it. You're allowed three reverses, so don't freak out if you don't do it perfectly on the first move.

Good luck!

Do you use your left turn signal in the cul de sac? I know where that is at

You mean at the end, when turning around? I didn't and it wasn't a problem.

Nope, you shouldn't need to. If your instructor takes you on that route (he might not), it's a pretty big circle at the end of the cul de sac so you just loop around.

Ok, and one more question. Do you have to do a three point turn? Because when we drove by there yesterday there were three sets of 2 small cones set up.
