No, KDKA Is reporting that a source tells them there is video evidence of Antwon firing the gun. The police, however, deny this claim.

The video will show the car at a minimum. One driver, 2 passengers, 2 guns. Not too hard to figure out. What wiil the driver and other passenger say?

“The Allegheny County Police Department continues to receive inquiries related to reports from police sources that 1.) a video of the drive-by shooting in North Braddock shows Antwon Rose firing a gun; and, 2) that gunshot residue has been found on Antwon Rose's hands. “According to Lieutenant Andrew Schurman of the Allegheny County Police Department's Homicide Unit, both reports are false. While ACPD does have a video showing the North Braddock incident, that video does NOT show Antwon Rose firing a gun. The information about gunshot residue is also false. Crime Lab reports are still pending and have not yet been issued.”

Even if both were true, of course, cops shouldn't be shooting fleeing suspects in the back without a compelling reason to believe that more lives are in imminent danger. But it will matter to some folks, just as yesterday's articles describing what a sweet kid Rose was mattered to some folks.

Man the media machine is all over the map as usual. Give it a week and we might actually have something, but until then the media is looking for ratings and people "tuning in". I sickens me they would have a headline that states there is a video of Antwon being the shooter if they don't have it. How low are we really going to go with the media machine? Gross!!!!!!

Don't tell me this was an up and coming student if he was armed or involved in a shooting or was dumb enough to run away from armed police and had done nothing wrong.
That doesn't give the cop the right to be trigger happy and gun him down like that. Maybe we can just be glad that two problems are off the streets now and the nitwits can stop protesting. But they need to find that other at large accomplice. Charge him with Rose's death and put him in jail for twenty years.

My take on it:

If the officer had been black and the young man white = no protesting. No disruption of traffic. No innocent people getting hassled for something a rookie cop did outside of the city of Pittsburgh limits.

Most of these protesters are relatively young. They want change. Well, as a middle age man, I want change too. I want these black youths to give up the guns and stop killing each other. The protests should be against violence, not cops.
