I agree with you guys here. Look at the states that better managed this and totally didn’t shut down. Likely they will reap benefits of immediate economic growth in the future.

I think this is going to be a huge impact with these two points...

1. As you said with the states. Companies are not going to expand where it is mismanaged and a hot mess.

2. I also think this impacts large cities and downtowns. There will be a less need for compact office space and high rises. This will accelerate work from anywhere jobs two fold. I would not bet on large downtowns in the future with more business and office space
