Sure there is.

Viruses leave your respiratory tract on spittle. They aren't just free-floating.

If the mask blocks spittle, it blocks transmission of the virus.

If you want to be a perverse contrarian, whatever, you do you, but don't pretend there isn't an overwhelming body of evidence that masking prevents the spread of the virus.

Took my mom to Passavant ER last month. She wore a mask in her room. She also had a pulse oximeter on in her room. I was in the room with her. She's an RN and became concerned as her oxygen saturation was low - 88 or 89... Thats while she was wearing her mask. She took her mask off and within minutes her oxygen saturation was back up to 98 or 99.

Quit spreading crap.

Why don't you go engage in toking up some more 420, because you obviously need to calm down.

That didn't happen.

This isn't a difference of personal opinion, it's people spreading misinformation about a virulent disease and advocating against measures to control the spread of that disease.

It costs you absolutely nothing to wear a mask in public.

I’m simply asking for scientific stats to what I’m asking about masks and Covid 19 particles. I’ve yet to see any anywhere. If there were any they would be easily found.

I've posted multiple sources, including a lengthy study from The Lancet. If you don't want to read it, that's on you.

Nowhere in those posts are there scientific stats in regards to particle numbers and/or comparisons of different masks in regards to the Covid 19 virus.

I'm sure you think you saw that. The overwhelming evidence is that masks have absolutely zero affect on blood oxygen saturation and I'll choose to go with the overwhelming evidence over an anecdote.

We're going to be stuck with this disease forever because a third of the country throws a tantrum when they're asked to do something for the benefit of others, no matter how small.

So you didn't read the Lancet study, huh?
