Lisa Middleman. She ran unsuccessfully for DA against Zappala - but she lost that race.. but now shes somehow been elected to the Court of Common Pleas.

It was on a local talk show that black youth carry guns in the masses to feel safe.

Before the libs started dumping money to the poor there were less kids shooting each other. Just statistical analysis. The numbers don’t lie and the timeline is a perfect match.

I feel for people living in the hood as it is the norm to have kids shooting each other.

Stay safe.

From the police blotter. Interestingly this shooting hasn't been picked up much by the big three news. At least no one was murdered this time. I think we are going to see a rise in crime in Lawrenceville as with most all city neighborhoods that have night life.

Date: January 16, 2022
Incident Type: Shooting
Location: Lawrenceville
Summary:
At about 12:20 the morning of January 16, officers in Zone 2 responded to the 4000 block of Butler Street for reports of a male suffering a gunshot wound.
Officers found a male victim with three gunshot wounds, two to the legs and one to the abdomen. He was conscious and alert and transported in stable condition to a nearby hospital.
It appears the victim may have have been walking down nearby Fisk Street at the time of the incident.
There have been no arrests and detectives are investigating.

Wonder what business this downtown shooting was in? It is right in the middle of the Cultural District.

Hiring more social workers is the solution.
Until someone gets shot in Point Breeze, Shadyside, or Squirrel Hill - then the liberal elites will start demanding that more cops be hired....

Wonder if metal detectors would be helpful. I remember many years ago going out to a couple of bars in East Liberty in my younger days and they would have metal wands and search you upon entry. Wonder if there are still places like that? Might need to get back to that.
