I am looking for recommendations for professionals to do two home repair/improvement projects in my home in Pittsburgh’s east end (Swisshelm Park; near Swissvale) 1) Install a ceiling fan with a lighting fixture in a room where there is currently no overhead light. This room is on a low-voltage electricity system. 2) Evaluate our heating system. Our bedrooms are 6-8 degrees cooler than the room where the thermostat is and I’m wondering if there is anything other than space heaters which can be done to improve this. Thanks in advance for any recommendations
