TRUEGRITT: He is being contrasted to Bush. Comparing is talking about similarities, and contrasting is talking about differences. It is not surprising that there are differences.

For one, none of this empty "Axis on Evil" or "Freedom fries" talk. That alone makes differences in foreign relations.

People voted Obama into the White House on the basis that he would be different because he said he would be different. Now Obama is being compared to Bush who was roundly lambasted for eight years. Obama is the same as the old boss and I cannot believe that anyone wants to defend him, especially by comparing him to Bush.
