OK, so you claim that ALL prisons ... be it a "concentration camp" or any other named facility used to imprison people will use a fence such as you posted? Is that what you are saying?

It's a football stadium!! But it was also a concentration camp during and after Katrina. No fences ... just 20,000 people locked down ... crime, rape all sorts of nice things going on inside during Katrina.

I am saying that the barbed wire fence at the train maintanence facility is just that a fence around a repair shop.....just like the one here at Coney Island...NEW YORK CITY.....and its to keep the VANDLES out and to make it harder for them to get out IF they got in

1. Since when is a brigade, 80,000 troops? Last time I checked, it was around 5,000. So much for the credibility of that article.

So this proposed legislation was proposed before August 12, 2009 (when the article was written), do you know if this legislation has been passed or if it still being considered almost a year later? If it is no longer being considered or if it was declined this article means nothing, other than they wanted this but didn't get it.
