I see people who really don't care one way or another if black voters are intimidated, excluded or even exist, except when it gives them a chance to bash some one else (as in the current administration). The Black Panthers have been around in various forms for 40+ years, and yes, many of their members, past and present, have a hatred for the establishment, white, black or otherwise. Videos that are manufactured to portray a event differently they what was actually happened or was said, are a lie. Portraying a source, that is not the source, is a lie too.
So if you feel that even more lies are the path to the truth, then go ahead, and follow them and embrace them with all you heart and soul. You have become no different then them.
Nobody is defending Holder or the Panthers. And nobody is saying that the Panthers are a bunch of peace loving flower children either. That not why we are commenting.
But it seems like with the resurgence of this issue, is just another scare tactic, to make headlines, and garnish more hatred. And I don't find it appealing from either side.

On what charge? As far as I know, "Spewing Racist Garbage" isn't illegal. If it were, half this forum would be imprisoned.
Then these factors:
Consistency and quality of the audio, does not match the video.
Has or did he say that or something like it, Most likely so, but maybe no.
But based on that video, and the above claim, it falls in the same category of the faked pimp video.
