Have you lost your job since 2007? Yes
Do you still work and make good money or found a good job since 2007? yes
Did you file foreclosure or know anyone who has since 2007? No
Did you file bankruptcy or know someone who did since 2007? No
Are your savings growing and were you able to add to them since 2007? Yes
Are your savings less or did you have to use your savings since 2007? They're not less but I used some
Is your COL higher or lower since 2007? Higher but I have more than I did in 2007 so that's expected
Are you paying out more money to live today then you did in 2007? Same as above
Questions like this is what I am looking for.

I have to say I am better off. I am making much more than I was making in 2007. I'm also able to save more because food, fuel, rent is still pretty cheap. Maybe I would be doing even better if the we didn't have a financial crisis.
As a small business owner, there is a big difference in sales from 2007 and 2010. Many of my customers have either lost their jobs or not sure if their job is secure. So they stay home and hang on to their money. Which I don't blame them, it is scary times for many families.
