I was flipping back and forth between Hannity and Rachel Maddow the other day. I noticed a trend. Hannity and his guests were basically trashing Obama and the Democrats, non stop, I switch to Maddow, she's trashing the Republicans and defending Obama, back to Hannity, trashing Obama and the dems, back to Rachel, trashing the Republicans, back and forth, like two little kids. I couldn't help but laugh. It's all a circus.

Isn't EVERY POTUS good fodder for the "other side"? Like, I have explained, it just seems MSNBC pays way TOO MUCH attention to Beck, and by doing so, make his popularity go even higher than it might have otherwise....just saying

Because this administration really has nothing to
show on what they have achieved in the last twenty
months

I don't put a lot of stock in polls however it's pretty
safe to say that a good number of Americans have
seen through this dog and pony show (no offence
to any dogs or ponies)

So yes, MSNBC Obama's biggest supporter has to
convince them on how bad Beck is

What's real fun is switch between CNN, MSNBC, FOX
it's surprising how the same story has so many VIEWS
the art of reporting a story is now nothing more then
a ratings race, and this is very sad especially seeing that
most of the news people travel together

Well one of the reasons Beck is being mentioned by MSNBC quite a bit especially regarding the Community Center issue is his past statements, especially regarding the Iman.

Beck has been very critical of the Iman for statements that he has made regarding the impact U.S policy had on the events of 9/11. However, Beck himself made similar comments. He also has praised the Iman in the past, calling him a "Good Muslim" among other things and this was well after the so called controversial comments about U.S foreign policy in the Middle East prior to 9/11 were made.

It almost seems as if MSNBC is making Beck into Obama's opponent come 2012.....We all know that is NOT going to happen. Beck would take too much of a pay cut

Maybe MSNBC's talking heads have stock in Rupert Murdoch's empire so it's in their best interest to shill for Fox given MSNBC's low viewership.

Whenever I tried to watch him, it seemed as though Keith Olbermann was obsessed with Bill O'Reilly ad nauseum. Of course Bill O' was kicking Keith's ass ratingswise.

So, Glenn Beck is news worthy?

Who is Glenn Beck?

Did he get a vote on any bills passing through our federal legislatures?
How is Glenn Beck, even news worthy? MSNBC calls themselves a news agency? It is a propaganda machine, nothing else.

OK, now that you have done your own research, who made the most sense and logic?

Could you see both sides of the coin? Which made the most common sense about the situation?

Its called ratings. Talking about Beck fires up the Liberal base. Beck talking about Progresivism destroying the nation fires up the far right wing base.

This gets ratings and makes MSNBC and FOXNEWS profittable.

End of discussion.
