Union dues are used to pay the salaries of your officers.

No I was talking about my local but who cares, the union served me and my fellow workers well. I get
that you don't like unions, that's your prerogative.

I spent the holiday toiling away on homework and reading assignments, so I can get a degree and hopefully one day get a job that actually pays half a damn.

We went to our city's annual Labor Day parade, which is supposedly the second largest parade in CO. Several political candiates were there, and most of them at least had delegations.

Then we went to a picnic in my sister-in-law's garage. Nice to see the fam.

I don't especially have a problem with unions--unless its members go on strike and think they should be paid for not working.

I have a problem with people who want to get money and not do any work for it.
