Well we tend to find it hilarious that you can throw away a Senate seat like this.

Cops: Kids can't pray at U.S. Supreme Court

No disruption and no demonstration and no classroom.

PS, I forgot this part: 'The prayer was stopped based on a statute, 40 U.S.C. §6135, which bars parades and processions on Supreme Court grounds.'...

Because that what hard right Christian Conservatives do.

First of all, the Supreme Court grounds are not a school. So your rebuttal is completely irrelevant. Secondly, do you read your own links? The statute reads:

It is unlawful to parade, stand, or move in processions or assemblages in the Supreme Court Building or grounds, or to display in the Building and grounds a flag, banner, or device designed or adapted to bring into public notice a party, organization, or movement.

The students were assembled (note the actual words of the statute) and they were drawing attention to themselves (else a law officer would not have noticed them).

Spare us the old lines about the "tolerant left". It's old and tired. If a liberal criticizes a conservative, a conservative will respond with a snide remark about "the tolerant left" or say something dumb like, "So much for free speech!" Please. I thought conservatives were tougher than that, but it seems that many of them can't handle criticism.
Or the truth!

It's interesting that a considerable amount of criticism is coming from Republicans. There appears to be some disunity in the Republican Party between moderate Republicans and Tea Party advocates. I have to wonder how this is going to play out in the general elections.

Actually it does. The higher the Democratic turnout the less likely it is a Republican candidate will get elected.

You should learn to differentiate between RINO's and conservatives.

'Moderate Republican' is code for RINO,basically a Dem with 'R' behind his name who has no principles.
