perhaps you should go back and read my posts and understand why i asked the question in the first place.
I've read the thread, and all of your posts. The first time you ask the question is in this post;

Please explain how you make a person illegal? I mean I'm pretty sure John Adams and Tommy Jefferson are about to rise out of their graves and make you illegal. Btw, that's not what I really wanted to write.
That post is the first time you or ANYONE mentions making a person illegal. No one else has ever said anything about making a PERSON illegal, including the post to which you were responding. Your continued insistance that someone answer the question of how, when no one has suggested doing it but you, is getting a tad tiresome.

Gallup reports that 40% of Americans say homosexual acts should NOT be legal, that figure is probably majority in the Southern part of the U.S.
I am a very conservative republican. However, I think that people should be able to do whatever the hell they want, as long as they are not harming other people. I fail to understand why anyone cares whether someone is gay or not, unless they are a public figure who is promoting a gay agenda at the expense of other citizens (Kagan comes to mind).
Homosexuality is a Sex Identity Disorder at the worst,a special behaviour at best...
Disorders or behaviours, ( like for example,depression) harmless to other people & the general public are not ( & cannot realistically be ) prohibited...
It is sad that the American soul has little room for libertarianism...

You're wrong.
If homosexuality is illegal, then what does that make people who are homosexual? Criminal? Whether they have sex or not, they're still homosexual.
Eh, don't mind me, I don't have a dog in this fight.

So they are envincing at something else.
There is a quote by Justice Ginsberg: “a tax on yarmulkes is a tax on Jews.”
ie, it's not to punish homosexual acts, but to punish homosexuals.
It should be illegal. I'm a Republican and my wife is a born again Christian. We don't have sex and I don't want anyone else to have it. Misery loves company.
Satirical humour is what you're aiming for??
I got a good laugh. Thanks.
