Pathetic Brazilian artist tries to shock with assassination pictures and ends up being dull – Telegraph Blogs

I have no doubt you'll say this is within the realm of free speech.

But recall how you insist free speech should not be used to offend muslims?

This is okay, but mohammed cartoons are bad and should be forbidden, right?

It's okay to show an assination attempt of the pope, but it's not to draw a picture of mohammed, right?

Art isn't important to me at all. I have no interest in it whatsoever.

However, keep stirring.

I consider myself on the Left and I'm not against cartoons depicting Mohammed.

Any other stereotypes of yours I could burst?

So who did the objections to mohammed cartoons come from besides muslims?

Brazilian artist. British tabloid. You do know that the American Constitution applies only in the United States, right?

So I was just imagining the topics on here about the cartoons etc where people would say that freedom of speech doesn't include the freedom to offend?

Lots of Europeans (you know the Socialist, Communist, Marxists!!!!) were defending the cartoons of mohammed couples of years ago stating that it is freedom of speech.

So why were liberals in the US saying the Danish cartoonists shouldn't be drawing mohammed cartoons?

And there were death threats and acts of violence from cartoons of mohammed. How many people have catholics kille din response to this given he depicted himself assasinating the pope?

How many embassies got burned down?
