Have to admit the French took it a little higher. We didn't stick George III's head on a pike and dance around it.

Well to sail across the Atlantic and be able to sneak in commando style to the palace would have been an almost impossible task. It also would be a suicide mission for anyone in the team.

You want to travel down my road...........you'll have to give me that gold watch you have on your wrist.....I think humanity has been down that road before.
See, at first you sound pretty reasonable and I like the idea overall but then you make a ridicules suggestions with the paying for the permission to use the road at every traffic light argument.
What makes you think that the roads are free?
The main role of the government is to protect its citizens from external and internal enemies.

They wont talk about it because it is the political Left rioting. That reality contradicts their narrative about the right being violent, etc. Further refined, it is SOCIALISTS rioting, as France does as so many other nations do, make a move back TOWARDS Capitalism. Also, even more, it shows what real rioting and negative protesting is.
