Airport security has gone mad! (generations, regular, extremist, borders)

This is absolutely disgusting. Thank God I rarely fly. I have been on an air plane twice in the last 2 years. I will not ever ride an airplane again unless this is changed.

I never minded the hassle of security checks at the airports but this is ridiculous! If what the article states is true then it is either getting high doses of radiation with the potential of graphic pics of your body being stored somewhere OR a "pat-down" that borders on molestation! This is wrong and unjustified!

To assuage your concerns, I believe that after a while, the patters down will be required to smile during the pat-down.
No way would I fly these days.
I understand the need for security and vigilence in our violent world.
But having been born in this country 63 yrs ago, with many generations being born here before me, serving in the military, never having a police record, working and raising a family, and just being a regular American citizen who has never caused trouble, I refuse to be treated like a common terrorist.
I don't have a problem with the wand thing, or to empty the pockets, etc, etc.
The terrorists have already won a major victory as their agenda is to install fear. (terror). They have caused our government to treat everyone as being guilty of being a terrorist untill proven otherwise.
I don't want to see any plane blown up or hijacked and people dying and I know we need to protect ourselves and our country.
But what's next? Strip searches? Even of infants in strollers and 80 yr old grandmothers?
We are falling into the extremist infidels grand plan. We are afraid and that fear is causing loss of freedom. That is what they want. Total loss of freedom and a fearfull nation.
A fearfull society is much easier to overcome than a bold one who says "Don't tread on me" or we will eliminate you.
And if we would quit pissing around and trying to be "politically correct" we would and could eliminate them.
This really bothers me. I am not a criminal and never have been one, but now I'm going to be treated like one whenever I fly? It's just wrong. Whatever happenecd to the trusted flier program where good, decent people would be identified as such and not made to jump through these hoops?

Because of my job, I fly 5 or 6 days a week. I love my job. Dealing with the TSA has become the most unpleasant part of my job. Because of an old injury, I have pins in my shoulder which require me to have extra screening.
Regardless of what they say, I honestly believe that going through the "xray" scanners is not safe. It doesn't matter how little radiation they claim it exposes a person to, even a little is too much for non medical reasons.
So..now, I have my choice of being exposed to radiation (and the humiliation of "naked" body images), or being molested by a TSA agent. Yes, molested. It doesnt matter if they are "just doing their job", being felt up every day I go to work horrifies me.
As others have said, I am a US born citizen, have never been arrested..heck, I havent even gotten a speeding ticket since 1984!..I am licensed by the FAA, fingerprinted, wear a company issued badge with a photo ID..etc. Why am I being subjected to this disgusting invasion.
