The state of Iowa has the highest rate of rape in the country.

It's also 52% Protestant and 23% Roman Catholic.

It's also 96.14% white.

No non-white non-christians to blame that one on.

Yeah and in ALL Islamic countries rape is LEGAL. So is murdering your own family. No whites or Christians to blame there is there?

The difference, of course, is that the Bible doesn't teach us to do that. The koran does.

I'm assuming by "they" you mean Muslims.

You realize that there's 1.57 billion Muslims right? Assuming that you're right about there being 10 reported similar incidents this year, that would make them about a hundred-millionth of the population, or .000000067% of the population. Let's make that number 10,000 just to be fair... that would be .00067% of the population. You have a real argument there

And in Christian countries its not and "God fearing" Christians still do it. What does that say about Christian integrity?

^No more of a strawman than the OP. Most of the threads on this board are nothing but strawmans...

Is there a reason you added the qualification "Americans" to that sentence or do you actually believe there were no foreigners in the world trade center the day it went down?

And Americans have killed tens of thousands of Iraqis who had jack **** to do with Al Quaeda or 9/11 in the name of God already. Get back to me when the Christian religion isn't discriminating against gays for being "sexually deviant" when its own priests are molesting children and their own Vatican turns a blind eye.

Thanks.

There may or may not have been foreigners in the WTC that day. That is irelevant just like all of the lame excuses you are trying to make for Muslims. Did the "well he did it too" excuse work for you when you were five. It certainly isn't working now.
The USA invaded Iraq in the name of god? That's a new one. Has anyone ever told you to seek help for that thing between your ears? It seems to be off track.
Just so you know I'm an atheist so you can bash on any religion as much as you see fit and I won't give a damn. The bottom line is that Muslims are killing people in the name of their religion- period. Fort Hood, Times Square attempt, Portland Xmas Tree attempt.....even you should be able to see the pattern there.

Even Bush knew that using the part to represent the whole was beyond ridiculous. BUSH.

"The terrorists practice a fringe form of Islamic extremism that has been rejected by Muslim scholars and the vast majority of Muslim clerics... a fringe movement that perverts the peaceful teaching of Islam."

Even Bush knew that Afghanistan was where the war should have been anyway:

"and brought to camps and places like Afghanistan where they are trained in the tactics of terror... the leadership of Al Quaeda has great influence in Afghanistan and supports the Taliban regime in controlling most of that country. In Afghanistan we see Al Quaeda's vision for the world.... we support the people of Afghanistan but condemn the Taliban regime."

"Tonight the USA makes the following demands on the Taliban: deliver to US authorities all the leaders of Al Quaeda who hide in your land."

"I also want to speak directly to Muslims across the world. We respect your faith. It's practiced freely by many millions of Americans, and by many more in countries we count was friends. It's teachings are good and peaceful. And those who commit evil in the name of Allah, blaspheme the name of Allah. The terrorists are traitors to their own faith, trying in effect to hijack Islam itself. The enemy of America is not our many muslim friends; It is not our many Arab friends; our enemy is a radical network of terrorists and every government who supports them."

... I wonder how many anti-Muslim conservatives remember this little gem.

Perhaps you're not familiar with politicians. They tend to say things that are politically correct. Remember....it may not be ALL muslims but it's ALWAYS a muslim
