You don't understand the Constitution. It doesn't "apply" (or extend) to people in the way you're implying. The Constitution "applies" to the federal government (and by virtue of the 14th Amendment to State Governments in some instances). The Constitution says what the government can and can't do.
All people under US jurisdiction have to be treated within the bounds of the Constitution.
Show me where in the Constitution is says the government can deny due process based on some classification (a proclaimed jihadist, a naturalized citizen, an illegal immigrant, a foreigner on vacation, etc).
