The EPA was ready to take over here in Texas regarding greenhouse gases.
Took a stay from a Fed court to stop them from strongarming their way into state business.

Yeah, global warming is a myth. The ice caps are melting because it's getting colder. Glaciers are in retreat because a cooler climate causes them to melt back.

Those Republicans...

Keeping up with reality.

Wade this about reigning in an unelected bureaucracy, you don't give the DEA, FBI or any of the other alphabet agencies the power to decide what the law is going to be. The EPA is no different. Any climate legislation/regulations need to go through Congress, the Clean air Act was never intended to give the EPA control over the entire economy of the US.

FYI while some glaciers are shrinking others are growing. There is also a lot of speculation as to why some are shrinking, for example some in the Himalayas may be due to particulate matter pollution.

good..I hope they close them down..I am preparing a hospital for an EPA audit and they are strong arming hospitals, colleges and businesses into signing a voluntary (joke) green program initiative..or else they will pound you..this is already a communist country but the public doesn't know..they think all of these green initiatives are done voluntarily...EPA just threatens you..talk about Chicago style..the entire Government is Chicago style...
