More BS. Switching colleges is akin to pi**ing away your hard earned money. Anyone who is serious about their education and has to pay their own way would definitely NOT go from mediocre private/out of state college to another mediocre private/out of state college five times.

You're missing the key part that Bush was a legacy who got in on his family name. He didn't earn his way in and it showed in his inability to process complex situations and necessity to reduce complexities to oversimplified solutions.
Smart people could see his thought process was very simple, which is one of the major reasons our country collapsed under his leadership.
