It'll be the same old same old. Chicago, in the eyes of the rest of the country, will continue to be corrupt. Everyone will predict its demise. Once again, Chicago will prosper and grow as it always does.
Funny that America suddenly weighs in with its opinions on Rahm Emanuel as Mayor of Chicago. America didn't seem to notice when Mike Bloomberg (who didn't need contributions from anyone) became Mayor of New York--and he isn't even a New Yorker!
What most, WHO PAY ATTENTION, think is that he fits right in. Chicago is looked upon as one of the most politically corrupt, croney run cities in America. So it's only fitting that he be Mayor.
