Make your own.

Or have enough stored up.

Before I sold all my guns,I had over 3000 rounds for my FAL rifle.
I pretty much tried to have 1000 rounds for each weapon.

People who only buy ammunition aren't prepared.

Even thinking about gun confiscation is the height of governmental irresponsibility. Given their propensity for expensive invasions/occupations and spectacular inability to manage their own financial house, they ought to encourage help with making America an unattractive target for invasion.

Governments always stage a take over (this is being done in a most aggressive manner) before collapsing under their own weight. Then foreign invasions take place.

Taking guns away would be like having my cat de clawed as I was losing my ability to keep it safe and Mr Rotundity (my cat) was facing a life as a feral cat. That would be the height of irresponsibility and short sightedness.

If guns were competing with cancer, heart disease, and auto accidents in numbers of victims...then a closer look would be warranted.
