You can declare the moon to be made of cheese.

It's still not your call.

I have no doubts.

You were not apparently capable of placing a link on CD though.

Sure we do.

But sad to say, the Wisconsin Constitution does not provide the wording of the oath. It makes a general set of statements regarding what the oath contains. But no actual oath.
I'm just tryng to figure out whether or not you were corrent when you asserted that "they took an OATH to LEGISLATE."

I'm not seeing anything to that effect.

I can "call" them anyway I want to......because that's not YOUR call either.

Fact: They took an Oath of Office

Fact: They are NOT legislating

Therefore, they are NOT upholding their oath of office.

Fact: A vote was legally taken and approved to fine them for violating their oath.

Fact: No court can overturn a legally adopted rule unless it's unconstitutional.

Why not add a third fact:

Fact: The Amazon is the largest river in the world.

Because to get to a "Therefore" you have connect your "facts" with a chain of reasoning. And yours founders on this simple "fact:"

Their oath is to "faithfully to discharge the duties of their respective offices to the best of their ability."

And if that requires them to leave town to prevent an injustice in the state legislature, that's what it requires.

And only their constituents get to make that call.

Bingo!!!!

That's why it will never survive a court challenge.

I refer you to the 1st and 14th Amendments.

Pay most attention to the "due process" clause.

Sure it is, those that voted them into office agree and that is all that matters, doing the work the people that hired you WANT you to do, enough said.

Show us your proof that those who voted them into office agree. Other than that, this is more BS from you.

So then who do you blame for not being capable of Googling it?

Your union teachers?
