If Palin were president – CNN Political Ticker - CNN.com Blogs

""Certainly, there would have been more decisiveness, more commitment to those that are freedom fighters, that they know that America is on their side. "There would have been more decisiveness, less dithering," Palin stated."

"And of financial assistance given to banks she said that she'd rather "free markets decide who the winners and who the losers would be" instead of politicians. "I don't think it was such a tough situation that it had to lead to the bailouts that our U.S. government engaged in," she stated. "What it led to is more debt.""

Video of the Q&A session here: Sarah Palin India Q&A | Mofo Politics

There's a whole lot more than what was quoted in that article, which I have no desire to transcribe. You really have to see the whole thing to grasp how denigrating she was to our country and its current policies in front of an audience of our allies on foreign soil!

Calling out our current president as "dithering", criticizing our current financial policy, criticizing our current foreign military policy regarding CHINA, and more. Every freaking answer contained some sort of bash against the current United States government.

It was a despicable thing to listen to. But G-d forbid President Obama acknowledge that our country has made mistakes in the past, and it's cause for wailing and gnashing of teeth and rending of clothes by the Right.

But Palin is given a pass on criticizing our current government while overseas because she's the MILF of the Right.

Why is this any different when other prominent liberal left leaning American citizens do the same thing?

Is it because she is a Republican?

Anyone remember Hanoi Jane (Fonda) for example?

How about this?

Seeing a sitting American president bowing down and kissing someones ring is not denigrating?

So the disinterest in her is why she was invited to be the Keynote Speaker at this meeting in India, and why she's in Israel today, meeting with Netanyahu?

She did say (three weeks ago) a no-fly zone should have been in place.

Palin Calls on NATO to Enforce No-Fly Zone Over Libya

1 point Bashers...

All you've got is something from 40 years ago against the Dems? Really.
History v current events.
I understand that you don't see a difference.

Fair is fair: When Peanut Jimmuh went to Cuba and badmouthed the sitting POTUS I thought it was loathsome. Palin gets no pass from me on this. Shame on her for not knowing better.

sorry. libs dont get to complain. Libs changed the game. Once upon a time politics ended at the water's edge... that has long since been abandoned by liberals. Now they have to suffer the same way conservatives have at their hands.
