That is NOT the way it works, that is not the way the LAW works. If you accuse someone of breaking the law as you are doing, its up to you to prove they are breaking the law.

The funding is separate THAT IS THE LAW, and their is ZERO evidence to suggest they are not complying with the law or are breaking title X rules that prohibit funding of abortion services.

The law states that Title X money has to be delineated separately from funding that PP uses for abortions. If you think that PP is violating the law, the burden is on you to prove it.

You remember that idea of innocent until proven guilty, right? If you think PP is guilty of violating Title X, prove it!

Half of America is stupid, since by law, abortion cannot = murder.

Slavery was once legal too, so using your logic, or lack thereof, had you been alive at the time, you would have been in support of it, since it was y'know....legal. lol @ equating legal with moral. Silly Neo Progs.

We aren't paying for the 2-3% that are abortion services, they are funded separately based of Title X Funding laws......
Planned Parent hood is double dipping.. They first collect payment for these services from the insurance companies, and then they get a payment from the taxpayer.. Yes, often times the taxpayer is the insurance company, for example medicaid, but Planned Parenthood shouldnt be double dipping, getting paid twice for their services..

Earth to Ms. legal scholar. I'm not talking about abortion from a moral perspective. Murder, is a legal term. It is the unlawful killing of another human being with malice aforethought. A fetus is not a human being by law, so it therefore cannot be murdered!

It's not like they are making abortion illegal.
They are just defunding it BECAUSE WE'RE BROKE.

Anyone can still walk through those door and get their abortions.
The government funding doesn't pay for them ..just ask the wealthy donators to cough up a bit more money to support them.

This very thread is an example of the Republicans saying cut, and the Democrats saying no..
