I'd like to see his staff carry on the show without him.
I found out things watching that show that were not
ever reported on other media.
(and yes, I checked them out on my own.)

Not leaving, just changing from his daily show to special projects, likely more indepth than his current daily 60 min. can provide.

He wasn't fired:

(New York, NY) Fox News and Mercury Radio Arts, Glenn Beck’s production company, are proud to announce that they will work together to develop and produce a variety of television projects for air on the Fox News Channel as well as content for other platforms including Fox News’ digital properties."

Yes, a ton of information the media fails to provide.

Which will likely be better than a daily show monitored by 60 people from the Daily Kos & MM. My my, what ever will they do now? Welcome to the unemployment line suckers!

I am certain his special reports will be much better than his daily show since he will have the time to thoroughly explore aspects of important issues that the MSM fails ,or doesn't see that it is in their best interests, to cover.

Go get em Beck!

Oh please. When they announce that they will work on "other projects together" it is akin to politicians who announce that they are resigning to "spend more time with their families" after they have been forced out of office.

The fact is that Beck was costing them money and Murdoch isn't in business for his health. He rode the crazy train as long as it brought in money. As more and more people tired of the circus and more and more sponsors chose not to have their names associated with it, the money dwindled....and so did Beck's days on Fox.

Not surprising. Opinion polls have been showing support for the teabaggers dropping just as much as Glen Beck's ratings.
