Both adults should be punished to the fullest extent of the law and the child should be removed from the mother's "care", but death isn't a necessary punishment.
Communities need to speak up and tell their Judges who are ruling on these cases that enough is enough and we want the slap on the hands to stop.

How many innocent children have got to be killed, before judges come down hard on these cowardly criminals, who get out, if they do jail time, only to do the same thing again.
What in the Gosh dang is up with these women, who allow this to happen no pity for these Moms from me, don't care about their age either, to allow someone to do this to a child of yours, and you sit back and allow this to happen, the Mom is just as guilty.

Well it shouldn't have, because the mother is white! And frankly, I blame the mother more. Not that the "man" isn't a completely useless piece of trash, but the mother is even worse than that. She'd better get more charges thrown at her than "child neglect." I'm sick of this crap.

Mom is MORE guilty. She betrayed her child's trust. Her child looks to her to see "is this okay what's happening to me?" Her child looks to her to stop the pain, to protect and nurture.
This evil cow has already popped out two innocent babies, meanwhile, scores of decent, moral, loving infertile couples are out there who cannot conceive no matter what medical care they receive.
