Spin master award goes to you! The Tea Party in question GOT AN EMAIL clarifying the situation. Newsmax didn't get that same email. The story broke before it was UPDATED.

read the article. the city had banned the signs until Tea party brought the law suit. The News max article was before the Law suit was filed
